This poster came out of a project where we made posters based on music and emotions. This poster started out as an exercise in markmaking. The background for this poster was made using ink and a paintbrush. After photographing it, the image was taken into Photoshop, cropped, edited, and made into a duotone image using Pantone colors. The phrase on the poster is a song lyric from one of my favorite bands and is a lyric I have always connected to. It felt right to include it in a project about emotion and music.
The actual size of this poster is 18” x 24”.
