DM is a project of two individual residential buildings, with a total area of 218.6 m2 each.
From the outside, there is a large terrace of 105 m2, which goes around the entire perimeter of the house. One part is covered by an extension of the roof, the other by a canopy, and there is also a completely open area of the terrace where you can spend time in good weather.
One of the features of this project is wooden trusses, which architects individually developed for this project. After all, it was very important not to burden the ceiling, and to create a spacious and light space.
The materials that were chosen for the decoration of the facades are rebated and wood, they are successfully combined with each other and create a harmonious plasticity of the facade. Also, to create a game of textures, architects used a combination of smooth and one-piece plank with a slatted facade.
