DotYeti is an online platform that provides graphic design services to businesses and individuals. They offer custom design solutions such as logos, landing pages, social media graphics, and more. Using the DotYeti platform, you hire a team of designers, not one individual. They have different monthly plans for their designs, and their clients choose the best plan for them.
The goal
DotYeti asked us to redesign their internal dashboard for their workers and project management. We had to make it more user-friendly and intuitive because every second counts when you provide services as DotYeti does.
New solution
We improved DotYeti’s internal dashboard by thoroughly analyzing its existing system and identifying pain points. We did Q&A’s with their designers, project managers, and Co-Founders. After gathering the data, we revealed all the problems we had to solve. Based on this analysis, we developed a new design that was more user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient. We also implemented new features and functionalities that improved the overall usability of the dashboard, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency for DotYeti’s workers.
