The customers of our #design project are from Lviv. The feature of the Ukrainian customer usually consists of a strictly established budget with limited flexibility. This #project is an apartment design area of 50 m2 with the task of accommodating at least 6 sleeping places. Roughly speaking, one person accounts for no more than six square meters. The only positive of this story is that the apartment is being rented out daily and we hope it will not always be 100% occupied.

Working in such tight conditions is always a challenge for our team. But we do not complain and sincerely believe in our victory over evil, darkness, russia, and future high-budget Ukrainian projects.

Everyone knows that our very ancient ancestors cooked food on a fire under the open sky. Or what about the use of portable clay ovens in ancient Egypt? A permanent place for cooking was a luxury available only to the pharaohs. So each of us is the pharaohs therefore.

Bedroom #1

This is the first of two bedrooms in the apartment.
The combination of moldings and large-format ceramic granite on the walls are elements of classic and modern styles. Warm lighting, accent green color on the furniture, beige shade of the ceiling - this is about coziness.

By the way, a radiator is hidden in the cabinet under the TV, for this we provided holes in the upper table top for proper heat accumulation.
