In 2022 at the Holocron software house I designed the UX and UI of a small app for managing purchase requests (RDA).
The app was created from a smart point of view, as the customer needed a tool that could allow them to validate or not the requests, at any time of the day.
For this reason the best application turned out to be an app for smartphones.
The app is available internally to the client company which enables users with exclusive access via Microsoft 365 or ad hoc credentials.
The Home presents the subdivision between incoming requests, requests in vision and the history of requests, with a small summary of pending requests, so as to give the user immediate visibility of the actions he must go to perform.
From the home, once the type of request has been selected, you access the dedicated list, where you have the possibility to carry out some actions depending on the request. For example, in the incoming ones you will have the possibility to View, Accept / Send for viewing to the superior or reject the request; in the case of requests sent for viewing, by accessing from the home it will be possible to see the progress of the request, if it is still pending, if it has been approved or rejected it will be visible in the history.
For each request it is possible to view the details, including any attachments if inserted.
