Architecture in Ukrainian cities has gone through several stages of development. This means that there is no single common idea for the construction of a new building in a modern urban environment. Therefore, there cannot be a ready-made solution for this problem. What motivated us to create a new possible concept of development.

The proposed system consists of two types of main residential blocks. Due to their configuration, these blocks have the ability to form a spacious courtyard, which is crucial for a less noisy and more peaceful atmosphere for the residents, while maintaining a strong connection with the energy of the city.

The basis of this concept is self-sufficient energy-saving mobile units. Which are quickly mounted in various urban planning situations, creating a full-fledged residential complex. Solar panels will provide electricity for all necessary devices. And a vegetable garden on the terrace will provide an opportunity to grow green vegetables in the warm season.

The main residential block consists of a typical residential unit and the space between them. This kind of so-called "smart space" is an additional area that can be used as an outdoor terrace or as a home office/master bedroom extension for a neighboring unit.

By leaving this space to the discretion of the residents, we encourage them to express their creativity and unique cultural identity. In addition, with this action, the residents of the house can achieve the so-called "IKEA effect", which will help them become part of this small residential ecosystem.

In addition to the main function of housing, we filled our building with a full range of additional functions, such as co-working, café, gym, and park area, to meet all the important needs of the residents.
Thank you!
