The apartment is located in the very center of Riyadh, KSA. Surrounded by crowded streets and at the same time by unique architecture.
K06 is a collaboration of restorers, designers and builders.
In the planning solution, the location of the doors was changed by drawing an axis along the entire apartment.

We got rid of the narrow corridor typical for such apartments. With the doors open, you can view all the rooms, enjoying a large space with high ceilings and sunlight.
The main axis in the design was to deal with the psychology of the user, which is intended to relax, and this was done by relying in the design process on natural sunlight and colors that relax the eye.
In the interior design, Natural wood was used with modern lighting elements to contrast to break the predominant color on the design... The calm, almost monochrome atmosphere is diluted with modern decorative elements, lighting and furniture of famous factories.
