Roshen Mall was designed as a community hub offering much-needed open, semi-open and closed shopping and entertainment spaces to surrounding residential areas in the city of Riyadh.
The centre is designed as a series of connected buildings which a central large courtyard featuring world-class restaurants, cafes, entertainment services and a large theatre building. The central courtyard connects to the wider city from all sides through 10 different entrances and is intended to be a vibrant space for people of all ages to enjoy.
Each of the project's 10 buildings hosts a unique set of public services on the ground level while housing office and business spaces on the upper level. A skywalk on the upper level connecting all roof courtyards is featured to bridge together the business community and allow them to connect with lively activities taking place on the ground.
