— I'm the Devil, I love Metal!
This is the first creature I drew digitally. This is the special level curse that made Alex an orphan. Dandara ended it with four shots and a big explosion. Creating the character's dark past and his connection to the sorceress.
To create this curse, I was inspired by two things. First, I wanted it to represent that curse that appears in the arc of the Cursed Womb or Death to the Cursed Unborn (episodes 4 and 5 of the anime / chapters 6 to 9 of the manga), that is, a very strong curse, but not the strongest if compared to Sukuna's 1 finger strength, for example.
The second thing was religion. In my story, this type of curse is very common, because Brazil’s main religion is Christianity, Protestantism mainly. it is a remnant of colonization, but it is still strong and dominates until today. Especially politically.
So, I decided to create this curse inspired by the greatest fear of Christian people. What does the Christian fear most?
They fear the one who came to destroy life, the family, the one to whom the world belongs, etc. Yes, the devil himself.
But this is not the only curse created by God's believers, there are other types. Demons, who have different levels of power. This one, for example, is considered a special level, but it doesn't have intelligence, it doesn't even speak, but there exist demons that are stronger with conscience and even intelligence.
Come on, stay calm. These demons will only appear later in the fanfic.
To design this devil, I took as a reference and inspiration the character Beelzeboss from the movie Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny (2006). Film directed by Liam Lynch with Jack Black and Kyle Gass. In the film the demon was played by Dave Grohl. All of this is just too cool. Amazing people from a movie that I love.
The horns and eyes were my creations, but for the teeth I used a Pinterest reference. The hairs on the legs were done with a special brush that I found among the brushes that I downloaded from the Adobe website.
For the background of the image I used several images in PNG (fire, smoke and curtains), which I downloaded for free from the PNGWing website.
