Nelnet Associate Engagement Survey Campaign

This campaign was created to encourage associates at Nelnet, a large publically-traded company of about 2,200, to participate in an annual Associate Engagement Survey. The campaign created personal ownership of the survey by helpingassociates understand the reasons behind the survey and the difference they canmake.  It also helped to increase participation from 83% to 96.3 %.
