Brief: Accenture wants the very best people to work for them. But how do you find them? The answer could come from within. 

Idea/Solution: The brilliant minds at Accenture probably know others just like them. We wanted to encourage them to think about who they wanted on their team and act by recommending people via simple digital tools. They know friends, contacts and ex-colleagues who are innovative, collaborative, maybe tech experts or even future leaders. They know best. 

Results: The campaign wasn’t just a feel-good branding exercise, it helped create a workforce that put diversity, inclusion and equality at the heart of Accenture.
