Seamless graphic design solutions to brand virtual events
Intro & Challenges
LivelyGreen has been working with the National Supercomputing Centre Singapore (NSCC) in a rewarding partnership for multiple projects since 2017. We have established the brand’s branding and communication design style through event brochures.
When the COVID-19 pandemic shifted events online, NSCC needed swift changes and flexible design solutions for their upcoming Supercomputing Asia event.
This was an opportunity to reassure their audiences that they were prepared for the future.
Solutions
LivelyGreen responded swiftly with expert graphic design support and advice. Our team aimed to ensure a seamless audience journey from awareness to signup. We created digital event collaterals for the virtual conference, optimising the brand’s graphic design for multiple devices and platforms. Every design deliverable was adapted to different distribution channels for viewing, engagement, and sign-up purposes. We took care of details from event brochures displayed online and EDMs, to fillable PDFs for sponsors to interact with NSCC easily. Drawing on our expertise as a branding and design studio, we ensured that the collaterals would provide continuity and brand recognition.
Impact / Outcome
The result was a smooth transition to virtual events for our client. The brand’s positioning and communication design principles remained strong through the transformation and are now ready for future challenges.
The project also gave our team the opportunity to set new standards in our design process and conceptualisation for virtual events. This strengthened our ability to create impactful graphic design for diverse audiences in the online-ready events industry.
