Modern Motherhood  - Inspired by the impact of COVID and the challenges I have faced as a mother juggling the demands of work and family. For this painting I played with light and dark tones as it was important part of my creative process. I wanted to create a sense of drama and depth, while also highlighting the importance of the mother and child.  This piece is a tribute to the resilience and strength of mothers everywhere, and a reminder of the enduring power of love and tenderness in the face of adversity.
