El diario es una herramienta que ayuda a los usuarios a trabajar los temas del proyecto y documentar su evolución personal a medida que avanzan. Después de terminar, el diario les permite regresar para ver su evolución y cómo han transformado gracias al programa.
El contenido del programa se basa en cuatro áreas: desarrollo personal, salud y bienestar, desarrollo profesional y mercado laboral. Además, el diario contiene testimonios, ejercicios, espacio para tomar notas de talleres, reuniones con tutores y asesores y datos de colegas. En total consta de aproximadamente 200 páginas.
El diseño está inspirado en el gran Austin Klein: "The Steal like an Artist Journal"
The journal is a tool that helps the users to work through the agenda items and document their personal evolution as they progress. After finishing, the journal allows them to go back to evaluate their journey and see how they have been transformed by the program.
The content of the program is based on four areas: Personal development, health and well-being, professional development and the labor market. In addition, the diary contains testimonials, exercises, space to take notes from workshops, meetings with tutors and advisors, and data from colleagues. In total it consists of approximately 200 pages.
Cada persona que participó en la creación del diario, se presentaba con un símbolo dentro de una pieza del puzzle. En adición alguna frase motivadora, testimonio, fotografía o ilustración.
