Organic Revival - Organic Tea

A project created at Deakin University:

I wanted to create a packaging that was true to the name we were given; Organic Revival. With a "outside the box" approach to the subject I took a path that differentiates the packaging clearly from anything out there, by appealing to the senses: vision/colours,

touch/texture and smell/senses.

The packaging is made out of hand-made recycled paper, and dyed with crepe-paper, food colouring and coloured cardboard. The labels are made out of recycled paper.

All of the boxes are made with tea inside the paper, which gives the box a magnificent

smell of its flavour. Each box is made in the exact same way to give them a

distinct texture and colour. The tea-bags inside also have

tags made from the same paper as the box they came in.
