We battle with ourselves every single day. There was a time when we didn’t care how we looked, or even what we were, we were just ourselves. The focus on our external selves leaves us creatively bankrupt. We've lost the very thing that makes us human.

We are domesticated to follow, rarely taking the time to think for ourselves. We expend so much time and energy trying to please others, trying to fit in and be accepted,
when we can’t even accept ourselves.

We all need to create. It’s our natural tendency to explore, and to express our creativity. When we create, we are free. You don’t have to be an ‘artist’ to create,
you just have to be yourself.
