Process:

Design: Help the marketing team to develop attractive shapes for the new packagings. Find innovative solutions to use less material and always meet the quality standards required by the market

User Experience: Define user scenarios and test the new packagings all along the development phase to ensure that they deliver a high quality experience

Engineering: Develop the technical drawings and supervise the mould design (injection, injection blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding, glass)

Expertise: Conduct technical tests and dimensional controls on the first moulded parts. Supervise mould modifications when necessary

Industrialization: Test the control batches from the new moulds in collaboration with the plants where the packagings are filled. Give the approval for production
