Charged with:
Marketing Automation – ability to apply a segmentation strategy by creating a process to automatically send specific member segments emails based on event triggers and automated rules. Create flowcharts which detail which members receive which message based on a series of logic.
Monitor deliverability and overall brand reputation to ensure messages are being delivered to the inbox
Work with Analytics and Reporting as needed to build out custom reports, highlighting email campaign performance, deliverability etc.
Champion continuous improvement of the email development / deployment process including maximizing dynamic content, targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with creative teams to improve email campaign designs
Work directly with email and data service providers
Continually monitor industry best practices. and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation
Utilize A/B and Multivariate testing to continuously optimize content and segmentation based on critical email performance metrics such as deliverability, open rate, click-through-rate, conversion, and list growth.
Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue and acquisition cost goals.
