Designed and built an iOS app that uses the GCDWebserver library to host a local server and serve an Angular app. The Angular client served by the app allows players to have a game of Texas Hold’em with friends across a local network, either via a common Wifi access point or a tethered hotspot. 

I was aiming to test the feasibility of serving web content over local networks, especially those created when tethered to other devices, but decided to expand and make it a usable app.

I used a fullscreen modal WebView so that the user of the host device can also join and jump back to game management easily.
