Santa Rosa City, Laguna celebrates 24th Sikhayan Festival! A portmanteau of "sikap" (diligence) and "kabuhayan" (livelihood), Sikhayan is held to celebrate the unwavering entrepreneurial spirit of Rosenians which charged the economic growth of Santa Rosa City through the years.
