Some delicacies in my hometown - Chaoshan   关于一些潮汕美食小吃
My hometown - Chaoshan, is a place famous for its food, so I want to use my illustrations to let more people know and understand these food, as well as my lovely hometown.
红桃粿:The birthday peach is used as the shape, implying longevity and auspiciousness.
鲎粿:Steamed and deep-fried until the skin is crispy, so delicious!
糖葱薄饼:Wrap special halva, peanuts, black and white sesame, and even coriander in pancakes, and you can eat it.
普宁炸豆干:Deep-fried tofu, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, is even more delicious when dipped in leek water.
潮汕绿豆饼:The red packaging is its characteristic, the meringue is clear and multi-layered, melts in the mouth, and the filling is sweet but not greasy.
反沙番薯芋头:Wrap the deep-fried sweet potato and taro with syrup, and wait for the syrup to cool and condense into frosting before eating.
姜薯甜汤:A suger water made with Chaoshan's characteristic ginger potato and taro balls.
潮汕豆花:Chaoshan’s Beancurd Dessert is eaten with brown sugar.
猪肠胀糯米:Fill glutinous rice and other ingredients into pig intestines, steam them in a pan, and dip them in sweet orange sauce while hot to enjoy the deliciousness.
