Thirty software systems are provided with videos of the evolution of coffee machines and how they are connected to the history of Italy.A centralized system of a multimedial show complete with audio, video and lights with a start-up by means of sensors.There are six multi-touch interactive systems giving access to a vast database comprising over 10.000 items amongst documents and historical images.There is also the possibility for the visitor to send personalized electronic postcards.  Integrated control of the management of the
programme based on the Tablet format.
