The 85 sq.m apartment for a young family with a child has an open living area with a kitchen-dining room, a spacious hallway, two bathrooms, and a sleeping zone.
The bright space of the apartment is saturated with warm pink and green accents, plants, and modern art – the works by Ukrainian artists Oleksandra Tokareva, Max Zabrodskyi and Andrii Samarin spice up the interior harmoniously.

The kitchen combined with the living room into a studio gives the feeling of lightness and spaciousness to the central part of the apartment.
The capacious kitchenette and the kitchen island with semi-bar seating formed the cooking and dining area. This unit is made in black acrylic stone and complemented by veneered elements of built-in cabinets.

The main adornment of the living room is the iconic "Wassily" armchair by Marcel Breuer, which has been complemented by a minimalistic floor lamp from the 80s. The deep green modular sofa contrasts the linear carpet's pattern and pink meshed bookshelves

A landmark of this project is the white floor covering, which creates an airiness feeling. As the apartment lacked enough natural light, the bright linoleum has become a perfect solution to boost it.

The hallway space is separated into a distinct zone by a rich orange color block with a futuristic ceiling light opening.
The greenery brings freshness to the warm and welcoming area of the entrance.

Both bathrooms are made of tiles with graphic-colored grouts.
The large gradient mirror of a vibrant orange shade has been designed intentionally for this bathroom. It attracts attention once you get into the bright space of the room and reminds you of a warm summer sundown all day long.

The bedrooms have remained private on clients' request.
Using simple shapes and solutions, bold colors, and white surface coating, we have recreated a laconic but catchy look for this modern apartment.
