A breakdown of the animation in Flash
With The Pantheon I am curating my own hall of fame and illustrating and animating the producers, singers, rappers and dj's that make the British music scene so rich. From Grime to Hip-Hop to Neo Soul to Trap, British artists - especially those in London - are the creative force behind much of what is good in music globally (yup, I'd go that far).
Record label and DJ's Butterz are the first animation completed. The site is responsive and works smoothly on tablets and mobile devices. After testing SVG and Google's Swiffy I returned to the reliable Gif to present the animation loops. In the future I plan on providing gif downloads and variations on the loops - perhaps even creating micro versions of the characters. All the animations are created in Flash and converted the gif's via Photoshop.
