Klapp is a place full of freedom and creativity atmosphere. A place for its own, where representatives of the creative intelligentsia gather for a cup of coffee, just like a hundred years ago at the beginning of the century, young daring representatives of the future Russian avant-garde gathered. The name for such a place was not chosen by chance. A well-known fact is that Mayakovsky was an avid billiard player. And Klapp is a characteristic hit on a billiard ball.
