Workstream is a hiring platform and mobile app designed for the hourly workforce. Powered by automation and two-way texting, the platform enables businesses to source, screen and onboard hourly workers faster.
As the Visual Design Lead I was tasked creating the new website and establishing a new branding direction. This required the planning and creation of brand assets, brand style guide, ad campaign, presentation decks and an assortment of support materials. These activities involved working cross functionally with marketing, business development, product managers and engineers.
