I had the opportunity to work on rebranding the graphics for ATL26, a government channel in Atlanta. The channel provides the local community with current coverage of events, news, and programs for both the city of Atlanta and surrounding areas.

For this project, I was responsible for creating a new, modern, and minimalistic graphics package, including new logos and opens for some of the channel's shows. The previous graphics had been in use for years and the channel was eager for a fresh new look. Through my design work, I was able to create a more contemporary and visually appealing brand for ATL26, helping the channel better connect with its audience.

ATL26  wanted a new logo for would be both minimalistic and modern, while also referencing the previous logo used by the network. To achieve this, I decided to incorporate an accent line under the letters "ATL" and selected the Giga Sans font as a replacement for the previous font.

The bold and sleek look of Giga Sans worked well with the logo, and made it easy to carry the font style over to other elements of the network, such as lower thirds, show logos, and marketing materials. Overall, the new design was a success and provided ATL26 with a fresh and updated look that still honored its past branding.
