I've been experimenting with monotype. It's a technique that I'm very interested in because of the kind of texture it offers.
The process of creating this image was very chaotic, although I am quite happy with this first result and contact with this method. As you can see, once the background was composed, I defined the shapes using other techniques: brushstrokes of Chinese ink or white acrylic and lines of coloured pencils.

Initially, it was not my intention to make a tiger, but it is something that came up. Perhaps because it is a figure that is already part of my imagination after having studied it, but it may also be the result of a series of mistakes turned into opportunities during the creation process.
He estado experimentando con el monotipo porque es una técnica que me atrae mucho por el tipo de textura que ofrece.
El proceso de creación de esta imagen fue muy caótico, aunque estoy bastante contenta con este primer resultado y toma de contacto con este método. Como verás, una vez creado el fondo, definí las formas usando otras técnicas: pinceladas de tinta china o acrílico blanco y líneas de lápices de colores.
Inicialmente, no era mi intención hacer un tigre, pero es algo que surgió. Quizás porque es una figura que ya forma parte de mi imaginación tras haberla estudiado, pero también puede que sea el resultado de una serie de errores convertidos en oportunidades durante el proceso de creación.
