Antora Youth Ranch
Antora Youth Ranch is a free mentorship program formerly in Gunnison, CO.
Now in Montrose, CO, it is open to all children aged 6-18. Children are paired with a trained mentor and participate in weekly 90-minute sessions from May-September.
Each session begins with a ranch service, thereby instilling a sense of ownership and responsibility. The remainder of each session is tailored to each child's individual needs. Activities vary from horseback riding (always one child, one mentor, one horse) and games to small animal engagement, crafts, woodworking, and practical skill development.
