Humana Integrated Digital Experience
Humana asked Critical Mass to consolidate seven disparate Humana digital properties into an integrated digital experience that better enabled them to effectively market and sell insurance and pharmacy products, while also allowing members to better manage their healthcare costs, claims and benefits. Additionally, the new site would have to support Humana’s rebranding efforts, and help reposition them from ‘Health Insurance Company’ to ‘Wellbeing Company’ in the minds of consumers.
