ATTENTION!

Schedule time for distraction throughout your day. Allocate 5 or 10 minute distraction breaks every 60-90 minutes. You could use this time to check your messages, scroll social media or make a coffee, or you could use the breaks in more beneficial ways and go for a walk or call a friend for a chat.
