I started off by drawing the Joker in a minimalist style, I took quite the inspiration from other Joker minimalist styles on Google.

Afterwards, I scanned him in to the computer. traced him in Illustrator and this was the final result I got. (The text is one of the Joker's quote from the Detective Comic Books)
