Junglee Games

The user interface for their upcoming mobile game apps called "Kanchey Time" and "Filmy Ludo" which were designed using the Unity game engine and included 2D/3D animations. The games were traditional Indian games and I wanted to create a UI that was culturally relevant, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Including the main menu, gameplay screen, settings, and leaderboard. I used traditional Indian motifs and colors to give the UI an authentic feel, while also ensuring that the UI elements were easy to understand and interact with.

The interesting challenge I faced was incorporating the 3D animations into the UI. Since the game was developed using the Unity game engine, I had to ensure that the animations were optimized for mobile devices and did not impact the performance of the game.

To address this challenge, I used Unity's animation tools to create fluid and seamless animations. I paid attention to the timing and placement of the animations via sprite sheets, so they did not interfere with the gameplay performance.

In addition to the technical challenges, I also had to ensure that the UI was culturally relevant and accessible. I conducted extensive research to understand the traditional Indian game's cultural significance and used this knowledge to inform my design decisions. I also tested the UI with a diverse group of users to ensure that it was easy to use and navigate.
