This poster focuses on the issue of stress and to let people know it is a bigger issue than what most make it to be. Stress effects everyone with the economy rising, a lot of work, relationships, and more. When a person is stressed, life can seem pretty dull and too much work for what it is worth, but trying to look for the positives and taking a breath really helps. This poster, Held Back by Stress, is able to portray this by displaying a dark atmosphere, with a lot of things going on around the guy in the poster
