For a year now, I've been in charge to produce original photographic portraits for the covers and inside pages of BuzBuz, wich is a urban magazine, produced in Reunion Island, in Indian Ocean. It's a way for me to explore some creative sides of photography that I'm not used to practice in my documentary work.

The following portraits are an experience called the smiling machine, where strangers where asked to be photographed witout smiling. All the picture were used to illustrate an article about happiness in our society.
