The integration of work space and rest space is also a new trend in the New Normal era.When working outside the office, there is a growing tendency to create a work space by utilizing part of the living space rather than acquiring another space separately.

업무공간과 주거공간의 통합은 뉴노멀(New normal)시대의 새로운 트랜드이기도 합니다. 과거 두 공간은 서로 분리되어야 한다는 의식이 강했지만, IT기술을 기반으로한 다양한 개인서비스 사업들이 성장하면서 예전처럼 큰 규모의 업무공간이 필요하지 않게 되어 홈오피스의 수요가 늘고 있습니다. 업무공간을 따로 얻기보다 주거공간의 일부를 활용해 업무공간을 조정하면서 주거공간과 업무공간의 경계가 허물어지고 있습니다.
