Artist's book "Phrases of war"
Student project
Since the russian invasion of Ukraine, many expressions about war appeared, but you don't always know where they came from. The goal of the project was to create the artist’s book «Phrases of war» that illustrates each phrase and tells how they appeared.
The book's pages are opened alternately to the left and to the right. The layout does not require additional gluing or fasteners.
Lettering is used for the cover and titles.The first page contains an introduction about the project's theme. Each page contains an illustration, a title and a phrase's explaination.
