This is a side project I whipped up for a client. The idea was to utilize monograms as a design element to keep things classy. Cream and gray was chosen as the primary colors by the client. 

I used two typefaces for this project. Trajan Pro and Didot. The latter was only used for the clients' names while Trajan remained throughout the bodycopy. I played around a little with the typography for the dates to give it a more structured and different appearance. 

 

Minimalistic icons were used for the cocktail, dinner, dress code, and RSVP.

I simplified the map to give better understanding and readability to the guests and implemented it into the compass for an interesting approach rather than having a compass separated somewhere in the map like usual maps.
