We needed to recruit the top fifteen editors of South Africa’s most high-profile Health, Sports and Lifestyle magazines to spread the word about the natural goodness of dairy. We sculpted a bust of each editor out of cheese and sent it to them at their work. A letter was attached with all the information that they required to become Dairy Champions.
