1.Design for knife made in solidworks

2.Profile and mark out bevels

3.Grind Bevels to near competition, then heat treat 

4.Cut and bend brass guard & pommel 

5.Check against designs before proceeding 

6.Drill holes for knife tang to fit into guard. File until tightly fitted to tang.

7.Cut wood for handle roughly to shape

8.Shape handle & guard more, ensure good fit of parts and drill holes for pins. 

Cold bluing was also done to parts of the blade.

9.Glue and clamp everything together

10.More shaping and polishing - Project finished besides the bevel is to be polished through sharpening.
