ORGANIZATION CHART with photographs
ORGANIGRAMME ET TROMBINOSCOPE D'ENTREPRISE
Dans le cadre d'un stage en entreprise, j'ai été chargé de la refonte complète de l'organigramme et du trombinoscope de l'Office de tourisme Côte de Granit rose (regroupant 56 communes de Bretagne). Le travail s'est déroulé en plusieurs étapes :
○ phase de veille, choix graphiques (esprit d'équipage, portraits noir et blanc, typographies et couleurs de la charte graphique...)
○ refonte complète de l'organigramme par un développement horizontal et non plus vertical. Réflexion pour améliorer la lisibilité graphique des différents services et des responsabilités de chacun au sein d'une organisation complexe. Réalisation de roughs.
○ réalisation des shootings photo (Lumix GH5) afin de prendre chacun des 30 collaborateurs sur le territoire des Côtes d'Armor (photos pour l'organigramme et pour le trombinoscope, plus informel). Sélections des photos en présence des personnes portraiturées.
○ retouches photos sur Adobe Photoshop et création de l'organigramme sur Adobe InDesign (visages floutés en raison du RGPD - Droit à l'image)
Within the context of an internship in a company, I was in charge of the complete redesign of the organization chart of the Tourist Office of the Côte the Granit rose. The work took place in several stages:
○ monitoring phase, graphic choices (crew spirit, black and white portraits, typographies and colors of the graphic charter...)
○ complete redesign of the organization chart with a horizontal rather than vertical development. Reflection to improve the graphic legibility of the different services and the responsibilities of each within a complex organization. Realization of roughs.
○ Photo shootings (Lumix GH5) in order to take each of the 30 collaborators on the territory of Côtes d'Armor.
○ Photo retouching on Adobe Photoshop and creation of the organization chart on Adobe InDesign (blurred faces due to RGPD - Right to the image)
