As Mafia Soul Clothing, now Urban Soul ® transforms its business, product lines and services I was hired
to develop the company's corporate stratergy and to refocus its vision, mission and values. This involved reinforcing the company's core philosophy of becoming a trusted partner with their customer base by delivering innovative and high-end products and services, aligning this philosophy to the company's culture, business ethics and commercial values. Afterwards I developed brand architectural standards as symbolic representations (visual communications) of these new developments. These is stationery I designed for the employees.
