About the project:

Creating an efficient and memorable experience for the customer, to be able to visit the factory's showroom from any country despite the pandemic. Just as being in a videogame the client could appreciate the details in the products such as textures, colors, and design; even rotating them by entering 3D models, as well as videos with information that showed the process to develop those products (fabrics, garments, and accessories). The customer was even able to watch a virtual runway in the showroom.
What I did:

Finding a solution to expose the factory's products from home. Project approach, creation of the concept, marketing strategy, visual design, and art direction for the interfaces and user experience, coordination with all the teams: programmers and developers, 3D artists, filmmakers, video editors, photographers, sales agents, and CEOs of the company
.

Achievements:

Textialpaca became one of the most innovative companies in the country (Peru) during the pandemic adapting its services the fastest to the new digital needs and developing virtual tools for its customers (UI/UX), appearing in articles as a reference of creativity and innovation. Even though the sales agents were not able to travel due to the circumstances the sales of the company did not stop. International exposure for the brand and better chances of growth were also achieved.
