MEREZZATE IN THE METROPOLITAN CITY
Municipal property area sold in ninety-year surface rights for the construction of social housing. The Plan consists of 7 open and permeable courtyards arranged along a central avenue that ends with the main square to the north, in which local and urban services are concentrated as well as a new school complex. The project involves the construction of:
- 631 apartments in subsidized housing for rent and for sale as well as 59 apartments to be allocated to the social rent;
- 2,200 m2 of trade;
- a new middle school equipped with a gymnasium;
- various spaces intended for new services for citizens;
- open spaces intended for greenery and squares;
- a new road network within the neighborhood as well as a cycle/pedestrian path.
