'm thrilled to present my latest experiment combining Stable Diffusion and Midjourney AI. The project was for the "NA HLAVU" festival organized by the National Institute of Mental Health, focused on promoting mental wellness. My goal was to create a series of illustrations for posters, social media, websites, etc. that would capture the essence of the festival's themes. I started by having the festival team create a Pinterest board with 30 images they liked, then I curated and added to it to ensure a consistent visual style. I used these images to train an art style model with Stable Diffusion, which resulted in a workable, but not entirely consistent style. I then used Midjourney AI to create a series of illustrations that blended seamlessly with the style. I discovered that by allowing clients to choose their own style with little to no knowledge required, it saves time compared to working with a human illustrator. Although AI illustrators may not be perfect, they get the job done without any fuss.
