Georgetown Dialysis Clinic
Shell Construction - Medical Office Building
The program for this project was to design a wood framed shell building for a Dialysis Clinic tenant. The project was required to meet the City of Georgetown building Articulation and Building Material requirements. Local limestone was used as a cladding material along with stucco to provide a modern interpritation of Texas Hill Country inspired Craftsmen design language.
