以台東的月出意象，作為視覺的構想。在中秋節這個屬於月亮的節日裡，透過這份月餅禮盒把東部特有的景象分享給更多人。也能品嘗到台東在地農民用自然農法栽種出的紅藜與洛神花製成的蛋黃酥。每一口都是來自社區媽媽們用心研發與製作的成果，也是這塊土地與人所孕育而出的美好風味。

這個作品是2022年參與台東縣太麻里鄉的駐村計畫的其中一項產物，一起和社區中的居民共創的成果。從口味的設定、研發、教學大家花費了不少時間與精力，在很有限的成本中把它完成。最後我們把月餅禮盒分享給社區的居民與親友，做了少量來販售也成功的售完。

我想最大的收穫不是設計的表象呈現是否有多好看，而是當地居民也開始思考未來還可以做些什麼讓更多人看見並轉化成收入與歡樂，這是地方創生最可貴的地方。

The design concept is inspired by the image of the moonrise in Taitung and serves as a visual representation. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, a holiday that belongs to the moon, this mooncake gift box aims to share the unique scenery of the eastern region with more people. It also offers the opportunity to taste the red sorghum and loquat egg yolk tart made by local farmers using natural farming methods. Each bite is the result of the hard work and dedication of the community mothers who put their hearts into the research and production process, and embodies the beauty of the land and its people.

This work is one of the products of the 2022 residency program in Taitung County's Tamali Township and was created in collaboration with the community residents. A significant amount of time and energy was spent on the development and teaching of the flavor and recipe, with limited costs. The mooncake gift boxes were shared with the community residents and relatives and a small amount was sold out successfully.

The greatest reward is not the aesthetic representation of the design but the fact that local residents have started to think about what they can do in the future to make more people aware of the area and turn it into a source of income and happiness, which is the most valuable aspect of local development.
