Gimletun is a new, modern housing project consisting of 52 contemporary and space efficient co-operative apartments.
The project is located so to speak next to UNN and UiT, and at the same time just a stone's throw from the light trail and Tromsømarka.
Common to all apartment types is that the architect, the Tromsø firm Hamperokken AS, has placed great emphasis on creating space-efficient and practical floor plans, which we think they have really succeeded in doing.
