A series of shots taken from a larger collection of photographs I had taken between 2008 - 2010 whist studying for my Masters in Image and Communications and specialising in the photographic medium in Goldsmiths college. This series dealt with preconceived and interrelated ideas of childhood, home and transition through life in a metropolis such as London, as a foreigner from a close neighbour such as Ireland where these ideas are ingrained in the national psyche from an early age....
