With his skills honed from his MasterChef Australia appearances in 2018 and 2020, Brendan Pang set out to unleash his culinary prowess and bring his family's heritage to the masses. Fueled by a passion for elevating the classic dim sim with a youthful twist, Brendan crafted a bold and authentic range of dumplings, inviting food lovers everywhere to savour the deliciousness of his creations in the comfort of their own homes.​​​​​​​

Crafting delectable dumplings is a labour of love for Brendan. He infuses each morsel with an extra measure of flavour and delight, elevating them from mere snacks to true taste sensations. We combined his charismatic personality and culinary expertise into the design, bringing Brendan's refreshingly inspiring and dependable touch to meal times. The design of the brand and packaging reflect the dumplings simplicity, yet still manage to convey a playful sophistication, imbued not only in the taste, but in the very design of the brand.
